- $120,145 - $170,165 Dependent on Experience
-Productivity and Quality Metric Bonus Available
- Provider Tenure Step Increase 3% After the First Year of Service

QUALIFICATIONS:
- CA license
- Active DEA license
- 3-5 years of experience required
