DESCRIPTION:
Dates: Target Start Date: ASAP for ongoing needs
Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, No Call
Credentialing: FAST 2-3 weeks
DOT: Must be willing to obtain this if confirmed. The clinic will set you up the training materials/module

REQUIRED:
KS and MO license, active and unrestricted
BLS
Board Certified/Board Eligible
DOT (may obtain after confirmation)
