We are seeking an OB/GYN physician to join our collaborative team at a Critical Access Hospital in Northeast Oregon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a physician who is looking to make a difference in a rural healthcare setting while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.

What We Offer:

• Very competitive total compensation (490k+), including:
  • RVU production bonus based on annual threshold
  • Quality incentives up to $130,000 annually

Facility and Clinic Information:

• Current Facility:
  • 3 ORs, Cysto, and Endoscopy Suite
  • Level 1 well newborn nursery (no NICU)
  • Deliveries: 325-350 per year
  • Total C-section rate: 22.1% (Primary: 9%)
• New Facility (Opening Dec 2024):
  • 5 ORs and 2 Endoscopy Suites
• Clinic:
  • 11 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 1 non-stress testing room
  • 2 Ultrasound machines
  • Patients seen per day: 15-24

Job Details:

• Position: Permanent, full-time MD/DO
• Schedule: 4-10 hour days per week
• Call Ratio: 1:3
• EMR: EPIC
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Oregon State medical license
  • DEA
  • Board Certification preferred
  • ACLS, NRP
