A regional rural hospital in central Illinois with a stellar reputation is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for primary care at its hospital-affiliated outpatient practice.  They offer a Level II Emergency Department, a Level II Perinatal Unit, a Regional Cancer Center, Behavioral Health Services, a Surgery Center, Cardiac Catheter Lab, Advanced Wound Center, and also home care and rehabilitation services. - 100% outpatient practice
- $40,000 - $125,000 sign on bonus
- $265k Salary + RVUs + Value-Based Bonuses = $400k - $425k in total income
- 18-24 ppd
- Seven-county service area of 154,000
- Call is phone only; and the providers decide the rotation among themselves
