We are seeking an experienced Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time opportunity at a respected Nursing Home in Seneca Falls, NY. The ideal candidate will be kind, caring, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care through long-term relationships with their patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Develop personalized care plans and oversee treatment for residents
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• NP Certification (required)
• New York State Nursing License (required)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $115,000 - $135,000
