As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide high-quality, cost-effective pharmaceutical care, improving patient medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications:

• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Oregon Pharmacist License (upon hire)
• Preferred: 1+ years of acute care pharmacy experience and completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
