• Minimum of 3 weeks a month
• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
• Call 1:5
• Bread and butter and NO open hearts
• 25 cases per day
• 4 ORs
• EMR: Cerner REQUIRED:
• Active AZ License
• Board Eligible or Certified
• ACLS
• Must be 60 miles from facility
• Credential with 3 locations
COMPENSATION:
