Details/Requirements:
--Board Certified
--Adult patients
--Seeing all ages is a plus
--Wanting full-time- open to part-time 3 days per week working 5 hour days.
--Evaluations and Medication Checks 
--Outpatient
--EMR
--Pennsylvania license
