•  Both Inpatient & Outpatient
•  Call: Nights, Weekends
•  Established Practice with Existing Surgeon
•  # of Surgical Cases per month: 65 Cases
•  LT will not respond to codes
•  ICU /Critical Care Procedures Required
•  Support staff 2 MDs, 1 Nurse
•  ED has 9 total beds
•  Colonoscopy not required for weekend coverage.
•  Facilities details:  3 OR, 9 bed ED, 4 bed fast track, 49 bed hospital inpatient
•  Procedures: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Bowel Obstructions, I & D, EGD, Amputation, Colonoscopy, Strangulated Hernia
