Schedule:
-Monday - Friday: 7am - 3pm
-Night Call: 3pm - 7am available
-24hr Weekend Call: SAT & SUN available
-MUST accept all dates within the Mon-Fri block
Job Description:
The practice includes general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy peds, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervision. Physician must work Monday – Friday assignment blocks 7am - 3pm. Candidate Requirements: -Active IN State License or IMLC.
-Board Certified or Board Eligible.
-Minimum 2 years of experience.
-Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
