• Scope of Work: 
    
  
      
  • Typical UC; Allergies, Asthma, Cold and FluCOVID-19 Testing, 
  
      
  • Ear Infection, Flu Shot, Lab, Illnesses, (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) 
  
      
  • Skin Infection and Rash, Sore and Strep Throat, STD Testing, X-ray, UTI
  
    
  
    

  
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: 
    
  
      
  • Must have CT license, 
  
      
  • BC or within 5 years of training
  
      
  • 2 yrs UC Exp.
