COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine - Obstetrics (FMOB)

• Salary: $250K + production and procedure pay.
• Production, incentive & encounter-based
• Procedure pay:  <$300.00 per procedure.
• Relocation: Yes
• Sign on: $30,000.
• Residency Stipends offered.
• Benefits: Start day 1
• PTO: 34 days
• CME: $5,100 + days allotted.
• Loan assistance: NHSC
• Benefits: Two plans offered for individual and family coverage including

• Patients per day: 12+ patients per 8-hour day/ Which includes all Primary Care, Pediatrics, Gynecology, and Geriatrics
• Call: 1:6 
• Obstetrics: First Assists are customary, C-Sections not offered.
