Physician / Gastroenterology / Wyoming / Permanent / Gastroenterology (GI) - Private Practice - Wyoming Job

• Salary: $650K fully negotiable base guarantee first year
• Partnership track: Year 1 buy-into practice and surgical center. 
• Paid: Malpractice insurance, licensing fees, medical society dues
• Health Insurance: Paid with long term disability.
• PTO: 4 weeks + all paid holidays (Year 1 then accrues)
• CME: 10 days per year 
• Loan repayment: Paid by hospital guaranteed.
• Profit Sharing
• No revenue sharing.

• Call 1:4-1:5 shared.
• Clinic Day: 20 PPD / Surgical Center Day: 17 PPD

• Our local hospital foundation offers the option for student loan repayment.
• The salary we pay is simple and straightforward - the agreed-upon amount divided monthly. There are no sub-components to the compensation (production, quality/patient satisfaction).
• We are a completely independent private practice - where there is no revenue sharing with private equity companies, hospital system, or anyone else. We control our own operations, craft our own practice, and value physician autonomy.
• We offer REAL and EARLY practice ownership and partnership. The practice buy-in is manageable and equal partnership is offered during the buy-in period (We have a much lower buy-in than larger practices in larger metro areas)

• Physicians are welcome to live where they choose, no set distance parameters.
