PA / Physician Assistant / Virginia / Permanent / Physician Assistant (PA-C) - ER - Level II Trauma - Virginia Job

  
• Base + RVU Comp model, Up to $180,000 in annual earnings in first year
    
• Opportunity to make $200K+ after 1 year of employment 
    
• FTE Benefits include 80 hours PTO and $3,000 CME allowance annually

• $70 per hour + RVU Bonus = Up to $165,000 in annual earnings
    
• State-of-the-art Level II Trauma facility
    
• Full range of case-mix including PEDS, IM, Gynecology, and Urgent Care / ER cases
    
• 32-hour workweek as well as 40-hour workweek options available (both considered FTE)
    
• Primarily Monday - Friday shift-schedule with some weekend rotation
  

  
• Seeking PA providers with prior ER experience
    
• Ability to handle critically ill patients with support from physicians
    
• Seeking candidates with patient-focused approach and team mentality
