Description
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
- Yearly earnings $240K-$334K (per years practicing)
- Production earnings added to your base salary paid annually
- 6 weeks' off begins day 1.
- Sign-on/Relocation: $30K
- CME: 40 hours $3K
- Education assistance through NHSC/PSLF
- 403 b (4% match)

- Work Week: 4-day/10-hour shifts (customizable schedule)
- 15 PPD
- On-site lab, X-Ray
