COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS  ER Psychiatry (PSY) 

• Salary: $308K + RVU bonus Eligibility and moonlighting options ($250hr.)
  • • Afternoon shift 1pm-11pm (4 day/10-hour shift which includes a weekend shifts 2-4X a month)
• CME: $3,000 + 3-5 days
• PTO: 14 paid holidays+ 30 more days off including sick time. (accrues yearly) 
• Relocation: Relocation assistance dependent on SBUH & IRS guidelines
• Sign-on: Offered
• Educational repayment: Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF (depending on eligibility.)
