DATES NEEDED Family Medicine

  • June 3rd - Dec 20th
  • Monday - Friday, 8a-4:30p
  • Minimum 2 weeks per month
POSITION DETAILS Family Medicine
  • Outpatient Clinic
  • 15 - 17 PPD (100% Adults)
  • APP Support: RN, LPN, CMA and a Lead MD
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Requirements: BC or TBE, No malpractice or background, Must have COVID vaccination
