- Setting: Outpatient multispecialty clinic in Manhattan and Brooklyn
- Dates: June 3 – Dec 5 with possibility of extension
- Schedule: 5/8s or 4/10s
- Scope of Work: seeing all ages for family medicine

- License & Certifications: active NY lic, DEA, BLS, Medicare and NY Medicaid numbers required
