Description
Vascular Surgery Locums Job on the Virginia Coast | Seeking Coverage Starting in June + Ongoing Jackson + Coker's valued partner located on the Virginia coast is seeking Vascular Surgery locum tenens coverage starting ASAP (June 1 start) and ongoing through the end of December 2024. This client is seeking a combination of scheduled clinic + procedure coverage across a few campuses that are within driving distance of each other. Are you available? Dates:
* Seeking full-time, Monday - Sunday, coverage starting June 1 + ongoing through December 2024
* Willing to consider candidates with a minimum of 1 week, Monday - Sunday evening, per month of availability
* Schedule: Monday is reserved for clinic; Tuesday - Sunday will be scheduled inpatient coverage and/or procedure (OR) days
* All shifts are 7AM - 5PM Details/Requirements Assignment #101740:
--Active and unrestricted Virginia license + DEA required
--Must be a Board Certified Vascular Surgeon and/or highly experienced in all areas of Vascular Surgery
--Must have experience in venous procedures
--Clinic (Mondays from 7A - 5P) volume: 20-25 PPD | First patient is scheduled at 8:30am, last is at 4:30pm | Time allotted for new appointments: 30 mins, Follow up appointments: 15 minutes
--Inpatient daily weekday volume: Average of 11-13 patients/day (5 new admissions/day)
--Inpatient daily weekend volume: 9-12 (2 new admissions/day)
--Will need credentials at 2 facilities within 20 mins from one another (cred process is grouped into 1 process)
--Will only cover 1 site per shift; May be scheduled at different locations throughout the week but only 1 OR/inpatient setting a day
--Support staff/current staff: 3 MDs, 1 NP, 1 PA
