• 197 total beds
• 4 day MD teams /1 night MD team
• 3 day APP teams/1 night APP team
• Closed ICU
• No Procedures
• ICU responsible for codes and RRT
• EMR: Meditech
• IM or FM trained
• Travel and Malpractice provided
