• Work Dates Needed: Urgent Coverage Needed - May-Dec 2024 | Potential for ongoing coverage needs

  
• Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday (8a-5p) | *3 days/ week (2 days at one location & 1 day at secondary location) | No call

  
• Worksite Setting: Adult Clinic | Southeastern Arizona 

  
• Scope of Work: Clinic coverage | Solid tumor with emphasis in breast and secondary Melanoma | Injections | FTE Equivalent:  1.0 | Diagnose, assess, treatment, and manage patient care |Clinic model:  18 MD's in group; 1 PA; 12 NP's | Lab & X-ray on site  *2 exam rooms | Locums provider is not required to supervise other healthcare providers | Clinic EMR - Oncology view 

  
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ license *Will accept active IMLC | Active AZ DEA |  Board Certified | Fellowship training required - Medical oncology | BLS | CV | 3 references | Current Flu vaccination *last 12 months | 

  
• EMR: Cerner

  
• Pay Rate Preferred: $250-$275/hr
