Details/Requirements for Assignment #95139:
-- Active New Mexico license
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
-- 60 GYN cases in the past 24 months
-- If seeking robotic privileges then 20 in the last 24 months
-- Monday through Friday clinic every day of the month 
-- ONE Operating day per week (they have 2 robots if Doctor is interested)
-- Average 1-5 deliveries per physician per week
-- EPIC EMR
-- 90 days or less to credential
