--Active Washington license & NBCRNA 
--Monday-Friday. 40 hour week
--Call required 1:8 with post call day off
--Case mix includes general surgery, ortho, gynecology, podiatry, urology, ENT, obstetrics. Neuraxial anesthesia & peripheral nerve blocks skills encouraged
