CRNA Locums Job in Southern Oregon

Coverage needed: As soon as credentialed (45-60 days) and ongoing

Facility Details/Job Description:
--Board Certification, ACS, PALS, DEA, and Oregon license required
--Monday-Thursday, 10 hour shifts 
--Night + weekend call split between group; 15 minute call back time required
--Case mix includes General, gynecology, retina, urology, plastic/breast reconstruction, ortho spine, general ortho, podiatry, dental. No hearts, neuro, nor vascular. 
--MDs doing own cases and supervising CRNAs
--EMR Epic
--3 ORs, 25 bed facility
