Preferred Schedule: 8a-5p [ Mon - Fri ] | Candidates need to be able to provide full-time coverage, or at least 2 weeks per month for at least 6 months | No call | Preferred candidates who can cover 6 months or more for consistency of patient care
Worksite Setting: Clinic | Northern Colorado
Scope of Work: Clinic coverage only | No hospital coverage | Provider will cover 2 clinic locations, one day at a time | Must be able to do EMGs and general neurology | No trauma | Must be computer proficient
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CO license and DEA | Board certified | Preferred fellowship trained | Current CV | 3 references | ACLS | BLS
