--Must have Kentucky license
--30K annual volume / daily volume: high 70s - 90s
--30 physician hours (daily)
--6:30am-5:30pm / 12pm -10pm / 7:30pm - 6:30am
--20 APP hours
--Level 3 Trauma Center
--EMR - Epic
