Description
Are you interested in taking over a well-established Vascular Surgery practice in the beautiful state of California? You will have guaranteed compensation at the MGMA median with multiple avenues to earn well beyond many of your peers. Come join a strong team of other surgeons who will lean on your expertise for all things vascular!
Compensation package includes but is not limited to:
• Guaranteed salary between $500,000 - $535,000 (contingent upon board certification status and years of experience)
• Sign-on bonus and generous paid call option
• 12% of collections incentive
• Option for phone consultations if you do no want to take call
• Relocation assistance package
• Benefits as provided by the hospital including health, disability, and malpractice insurance
• Pension plan for retirement
• Successful history of sponsoring Visas and Green Cards
