NP / Oncology / Arizona / Locum tenens / Oncology Nurse Practitioner needed in AZ - URGENT - Accepting any state license! Job

Location: Arizona (AZ) - Just 1 hour from the majestic Grand Canyon!

Position Type: Locum Tenens

Schedule:

• 4-day work week (No Call)
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
• One Friday per month: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active state license in any U.S. state
• Oncology experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic laboratory tests
• Perform invasive procedures as necessary
• Formulate evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order chemotherapy and biotherapy regimens
• Conduct health screenings
• Provide patient and family education

Details:

• Low volume: Approximately 4-10 patients per day
