Supplemental coverage from 6/7 - 6/13/24.
One provider requested.
Inpatient
Call ONLY - In-House
Shift: 8a-8p In-House
Call: 8p-8a with 30 min. response time
Admissions Required
Hospital Stroke Certified
PPS: 15
Admissions/shift: 3
26 Bed Dept.
Both Roundings
Trauma Level 3 Facility
Locum will be required to supervise APPs.
Support Staff: 4 PA/NPs
EMR: Athena/MedHost
Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurance Form
