Details/Requirements:
--Start dates: June 24 @ 7am - July 3 @ 7am
--1-2 weeks per month needed
--Monday @ 7am - Monday @ 7am
--Volume: 0.5-1 average patients per day, 1-2 cases per week
--Georgia license required to apply
