Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician - URGENT NEED - LA - 4-day work week - Great rate  

• Start date – ASAP 30 – 45 days for credentialing
• 4-day work week – Mon 7:30 – 4, Wed 7:30 – 4, TH 7-3:30, Fri 7- 3:30 – Tuesdays off
• Will accept either IM or FP – only treat children at 1 location (on Wed)
• 2 locations – 4 miles apart
• 18 – 20 PPD
• EMR – EClinical works
• 100% Outpatient – no call or weekends
• Malpractice is provided, in addition to a great hourly rate
• Must have an active CA license, BC/BE,  BLS and DEA
