* Kentucky state medical license (IMLC must be active at time of presentation)
* Board Certified/Eligible ENT
* 100% Adult
* Starts ASAP and will be ongoing
* Temporary privileges available
* One to two weeks per month
* Clinic, consults and OR coverage

Dates Needed:
--8am June 3 - 8am June 10
--8am June 17 - 8am June 24
--One to three weeks a month thereafter ongoing.
