Description
Work Dates Needed: June - 3 month or longer
Preferred Schedule: Tuesday & Thursdays 8am to 5pm & Wednesdays 9:30am to 6:30pm
Worksite Setting: outpatient FQHC
Scope of Work: 20+ patients a day. Mostly adults but could see a child. They have a pediatrician there so will have someone there if we can only find a IM doc
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: SC license, DEA
EMR: E clinical Works
Pay Rate: $130/hour, Housing, Travel
