Ali'i Health Center - Primary Care
<ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: Monday - Friday; 40 hour work week</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>Average Patients seen: 18</li> <li>Loan Repayment</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus: $25000</li> <li>Compensation: Base salary of $250,000 for the 3-year agreement + the possibility of additional incentives based on work RVU.</li> <li>Benefits:
- Bonuses include a sign-on of $25,000 and relocation of $20,000
- Professional liability insurance (coverage of $1M/$5M - paid by Ali'i Health Center
- 20 days of PTO, 3 sick days, and 10 paid holidays per year
- Up to 10 days paid CME leave per year with up to $5,000/reimbursement.
- Individual Health Insurance, Life Insurance, short-term disability, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Supplemental Insurance, and Legal Shield
- FSA Spending Acct.

- Obtaining an unrestricted HI license
- Obtaining unrestricted privileges at Kona Community Hospital
- Satisfactory completion of unrestricted insurance credentials and malpractice insurance coverage
- Subject of or otherwise materially involved in, any investigation, proceeding, hearing, or other disciplinary action by any federal state, or local govt. agency or program, including, without limitation, any Federal Health Care Program.</li>
