- $225,000 - $250,000 base salary plus incentive bonus structures pushing earning potential over $320k

DETAILS:
- Position opens in the summer of 2025, so new grads are encouraged to apply NOW!
- 35 clinical hours per week over 4 to 4.5 days per week
- Provide medical services including, but not limited to: acute care, re-evaluations, management of chronic conditions, and may include areas such as prenatal care, GYN care, well-child checks, and vaccination updates
- Prefer candidates who are open to performing routine procedures like Biopsy, mole removal, toenail removal, joint injections
- Behavioral health clinician on-site to collaborate with for full-service primary care services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- IN License REQUIRED
- Procedure experience PREFERRED</li>
