Practice Setting Office/Clinic Outpatient/Inpatient/Free-Standing Surgical Center: Office/clinic
Average Number of Patients Per Day - Clinic: 25-30 per 8 hour day
Physicians in Practice: one part time dermatologist
All ages
EMR: meditech
Required Surgical Procedures: Biopsy Excision Electrodesiccation Dermabrasion Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week after all documents submitted
All must be notated at the time of name clear Board Certified/Board Eligible - REQUIRED Active MA License - REQUIRED no exceptions due to urgency of need Covid and flu vaccination - REQUIRED BLS - REQUIRED
