Details/Requirements: 
--Four weeks per month needed
--Ideally one full-time candidate but will take 2 to fill FTE
--Average 12-16 patients per day 
--Shifts: Monday - Friday;  8am-5pm (one hour lunch)
--No call
--Patient population: adult only
