Details/Requirements: 
--Physician needed to provide coverage at two separate locations for vacation coverage (15 minutes apart) 
--First location coverage is needed: May 20-June 7 
--Second location coverage is needed: June 10-July 10  
--Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm 
--Patients per day: 22-25 
--Board Certified or Board Eligible
