coverage starting 4/15/24 or ASAP and ongoing.
One provider requested.
Inpatient & Outpatient
Scheduled Clinical Hours + Shared Call
Urgent Dates Needed
4/15, 4/16, 4/22-24, 4/29-5/1, 5/6-8, 5/13-16, 5/18-29,
6/3-5, 6/8-20, 6/24-27
Shift: TBD
Call: TBD
85% OP, 15% IP
PPS: 20-30
No teaching or supervision required.
Trauma Level I Facility
Group: 2 Physicians, 2 PAs, 1 NP, 1 Practice Mgr, 1 RN,
4 Clinicians, 2 Surgical schedulers, 5 Office staff
EMR: EPIC
Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurance Form
