Description
Excellent MI Gastroenterology opportunity for Supplemental
coverage starting 4/1/24 or ASAP and ongoing.
Need up to 3 full-time Locums.
Need nights covered with on call and 15 days a month of IP
consults.
Inpatient
Scheduled hours + Call
Shift: 7a-7a, 24 hr. shifts (including carrying pager at night)
Schedule: 8-hr. on-site hospital coverage, 8a-4:30p
Call Shifts needed:
May 1 7am to May 6 7am
May 20 7am to May 25 7am
June 7 7am to June 10 7 am
July 22 7am to July 25 7am
Aug 12 7am to Aug 19 7am
Aug 26 7am to Sept 2 7am
Sept 23 7am to Sept 30 7am
Oct 7 7am to Oct 14 7am
Oct 21 7am to Oct 28 7am
Nov 4 7am to Nov 15 7am
Nov 25 7am to Dec 9 7am
Dec 16 7am to Jan 1 7am
PPS: 20-22: 5 follow-ups, 10-12 new pts., 2-4 procedures
Locum to supplement GI call coverage, IP consults, ED
and scheduled procedures.
Required procedures: Colonoscopy, Endoscopic
Ultrasound (EUS)
Required types of upper GI Endoscopy: Diagnostic,
Therapeutic with Biopsy, with Foreign Body Removal
Locum will have APP support.
Group: 1 Physician
Trauma Level I Facility
On-site Lab and X-ray
Orientation prior to start is required.
EMR: EPIC
Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurance Form
Malpractice insurance provided.
