Description
Excellent IA Anesthesiology opportunity for Supplemental
coverage starting 4/15/24 or ASAP and ongoing.
Inpatient - Hospital setting
Growing hospital Cardiac surgery program
Shift: M,W,F 6:30a - 3p
T, Th 7a-3:30p
Will stay later if help is needed in non-cardiac cases or the
cardiac case is not finished.
No Call, No WeekendsDates of coverage needed:
April 15-19
April 29-May 3
May 6-10
May 13-17
June 24-28
July 1-5
July 8-12
Aug 5-9
Aug 12-16
Dec 23-27
Dec 30 - Jan 3 2025 Trauma Level II
On rare occasions may need to oversee CRNAs at the ASC
if no cardiac cases are scheduled and a physician is needed
at the ASC location.
Ave. # Surgical Cases/Day: Cardiac surgeries 1/day, but not
every day; 5-7 General cases
Must help cover General if no Cardiac cases.
Group: 6 Anesthesiologists
Pt. Age: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric
Very sick children are sent to other hospitals better staffed/
equipped for children.
ORs: 8 in use at one time
EMR: Cerner
Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurance Form
Malpractice insurance provided.
