Looking for a Nurse Practitioner for a hybrid role in Raleigh, NC. This position will be a hybrid of onsite and telemedicine work 40hrs/week
RESPONSIBILITIES
• The nurse practitioner will be responsible for providing competent, patient-centered care that addresses all health needs and promotes wellness • Provide primary care to patients, performing examinations, diagnosing conditions, and developing care plans to manage acute and chronic illnesses
