– 4-day work week (3-day weekend every weekend!)
Office Hours: M 11am-7p.m. T 9am-5p.m. W+TH 8am-5p.m.
– Treat patients of all ages and all methods of payment (meaning fee of service, traditional PPO insurance, and state Medicaid)
– 5OPS, 1 DDS, 2 Hygiene chairs, 1 office Manager, 2 Hygienist – Mostly Restorative workload using oral sedation
– Dental Sleep program that is team lead especially by the hygienists
– Average Workload – Consistent hygiene scheduled produced $32,000 and saw 130 patients
– Tenured staff with multiple employees of 14+ years
– On site equipment: Cerec Primescans, CBCT, Solea laser, SprintRay 3D printer, EMS AirFlows
– Full-time and part time (2 days per week) options available

Offering:
– Compensation is $40-$50 per hour (depending on experience)
Weekly Bonus structure of Gross Production: Varies Monthly (examples-$247 per eligible person per week in December, $51 in January, and $247 in February)
– PTO is earned yearly:
Year 1-5days
Year 2-10 days
Year 3-15 days
