About the Practice:
Patient Diversity: From commercial to cash and Medicaid, patients travel up to 1.5-2 hours to receive care.
Flexible Schedule: Eight 4 hour days
Mentorship: Owner is happy to mentor and guide the right candidate.
Ortho Opportunity: While currently referring out orthodontics, someone comfortable with ortho procedures or willing to learn is welcome to apply.
Team and Facilities:
Supportive Team: With 2 full-time front office staff, a remote billings person, 7 dental assistants, 2 hygienists, and a loyal part-time dentist, you ll be part of a supportive team.
State-of-the-Art Technology: The practice boasts 9 ops, digital X-rays, 3D pan, digital scanner, and Dentrix EMR.
Convenient Sedation Options: Nitros, oral sedation, and outpatient surgery center license for procedures.
About You:
Community Involvement: Ideal for someone looking to become an integral part of a town of 30,000 people.
Preventive Focus: Emphasis on preventive care, caring for all populations, including underserved and special needs patients.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, answer parents questions, and build trust with patients.
Long-Term Commitment: Looking for a candidate willing to put down roots and possibly become a partner.
Pediatrics residency would be great, but not required.
