Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Provider Requirements:
Georgia State Nurse Practitioner License: Candidates must hold a current Georgia state license as a Nurse Practitioner, with a specialty in family or adult medicine
Specialty Board Certification: Board certification in the Nurse Practitioner's specialty area, specifically as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner, is required
National Board Certification: Applicants must possess national board certification
American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Certification: Certification through either the AANP or ANCC is necessary
A minimum of three years of experience in primary care, specifically in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, is essential
A Master's Degree in Nursing or a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited nurse practitioner program is required
Knowledge of Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding guidelines is necessary
Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems is required

Job/Facility Details:
The NP will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide exceptional care to our patients
The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of health issues, focusing on preventive care and the management of chronic conditions
2 new or 3 established patients per hour
Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light
