• Hours:
  • 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. / Call Hours: 3 p.m. - 7 a.m.
• Schedule: 2 weeks on/ 1 week off
• Call scheduled? Call every other night and the weekend between the two weeks for OR only, not OB call or patients
• Call Response time: 20 mins
• Any supervision? MDs onsite - little to no supervision
• Type of cases required:
  • ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, General, ORTHO
• Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
• Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
• Number of providers during the day: 2
