• Call scheduled? OB covered by OB Perm / ENDO Saturday Available
• Call Response time: 20 mins
• Any supervision? Medical Supervised Model
• Type of cases required:
  • Both Sites: PEDs, General, Ortho, URO, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry
  • Additional Cases:
    • Rock Island: CARDIAC, ENDO, and VAS
    • Moline: GYN and Pain Mgmt
• Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
• Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
• Number of providers during the day: 13

Facility Specifics:

• EMR System: EPIC
• Vaccination Required?? Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
• Licensure requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS

Additional Facts Regarding Site:

• AHA ACLS and PALS required.
• Hours are 7 a.m. until cases are complete.
