Document patient progress accurately and concisely.
Qualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, or Family Medicine.
Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong clinical decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
