Exciting Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity in Mesa, AZ

As the leader of the care team, the Physician delivers outstanding, comprehensive primary health care to a designated patient panel. The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality, affordable care to their community.

Position Details:

Responsibilities:

Provides patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services aligned with a value-based care model.
Actively participates in practice quality improvement programs and evaluates practice performance metrics.
Adheres to privacy, compliance, and quality programs, as well as other regulatory and compliance standards of the practice.
Participates in the implementation of new health technologies, products, services, and programs that establish the practice as a recognized leader for community health and wellness.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience.
Experience providing primary (longitudinal) care.
Knowledge of and experience with managed healthcare systems, including quality assurance, quality improvement, risk management, and population health and disease management programs.
Collaborative work ability.
Superior communication skills.
Self-assured and results-oriented.
