Description
Join this nationally recognized organization that have been changing lives for 15 years! 2-3 days per week - can be flexible in which days you are available.
- Obtains and reviews patient's medical history information relevant to patient care.
- Conducts physical examinations
- Orders and reviews laboratory studies as well as diagnostic procedures.
- Assumes responsibility for prescribing FDA approved appetite suppressants according to state and federal guidelines.
- Submits prescription/dispensing reports to the PDMP
- Reviews patient's progress and oversee patient care accordingly
- Maintains all required documentation for patient care and medication management in the EMR system.
- Conduct chart reviews and complete E-Signatures.
- Performs other clinical duties as directed to support the team.Required:
Must have valid Medical and DEA license
Must ensure CAQH profile is current. Credentialed provider preferred.
Must be willing to work Saturday hours (8 am - 1 pm)
Must be team player and enjoy changing lives! Compensation is hourly - please provide compensation requirements.
Malpractice Insurance is paid by the company.
